OUTSTANDING. RELIABLE. HONEST. Bought a brand new 2026 Dodge Durango from Dustin and Tim. I called in with what I wanted and Dustin made it happen and then Tim sealed the deal with the Finance. We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. Came here interested in a specific Ram Rebel we had been eyeing. Once we walked into the lot we were assisted quickly by Jesse. David helped us look at the different trucks on the lot that were available and offered for us to take a test drive, that sold us. We walked out with a truck we only intended to look at! The service was exceptional from looking to test driving to signing our contract.
Bait and Switch on a used Jeep. Attempted to force "accessories" into the selling price for the vehicle. After 3 attempts finally told me what the accessories were, but refused to remove them. I walked away and will never return.
I purchased a 2021 Colorado from Lake Elsimore Chrysler Jeep and couldn't be happier with the experience. Our salesperson Will was very respectful and polite. I agree with some of the other reviews about the added services not being disclosed up front but must admit the vehicle was spotless in pristine condition and looked brand new. This place is evidentially run by AI. We just drove 260 miles round trip to find out that the vehicle advertised as new with 17 miles, was actually not on the lot, but the manager was using it as a demo and we were told it had 2000-4000 miles on it. These people are slimy to say the least. Prospective buyers should beware!!!!! I was rough on the people who I had contact with, but wouldn't you do the same if you wasted 7 hours on the I15 on a Saturday night. Buyers beware!!!!!

We just bought a car end this guys push all types of warranties without telling us and we requested a copies of the paper works and the finance guy Armando refused to give us that information and he just give us an electronic device, we will never come back to this dealer,shame on them

My last experience buying was through CarMax, very impersonal experience. I had the exact opposite experience here. Hans was able to take me through step by step with what was involved and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
My only complaint is the repeated phone calls and emails to give a review. Kind of annoying I already did the other review yesterday and another request for a positive review comes.

I'm happy with this dealer service department so far. I brought my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk to them to have an emissions recall done. David Greene and Taylor Seymour were the service advisors I dealt with. Both were polite and realistic about the timeline for repairs when asked. I was supplied a rental while my Jeep was being repaired also. My previous experiences with other Jeep service departments have been unpleasant to put it nicely. Lake Elsinore CDJR has been the exception, they have been nothing but pleasant to deal with.
